The edition of the Gueñes International Paper Dress Competition, will award the following prizes:
CHILDREN´S CATEGORY
DESIGN:
FIRST PRIZE: 1000 €
SECOND PRIZE: 500 €
In addition to the official prizes, the jury reserves the right to give up to two secondary awards.
All the prize-winning dresses and their accessories (except shoes) will go on to belong to the organising committee formed by Gueñes Town Hall, Enkartur and the “Soineko” Paper Dress Association. Each dress that is not awarded a prize will receive 50€ as compensatory expenses.
* The “Roberto Comas” award in both the Adult and Children’s categories will be for dresses made by residents of the municipality of Gueñes, in appreciation for their endeavour in preserving the Paper Dress Competition.
NOTE: All prizes above EUR 300.51 will be subject to the corresponding withholding of IRPF, established in Article 98 of the Regional Decree of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia 47/2014 of April 8 creating the regulation of the Tax on the income of persons. Being a withholding, not a definitive tax, will depend on the rest of the person's income and may be entitled to a refund.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, the Personal Data Protection Act and Law 2/2004, of 25 February, on personal data files held by public entities and creation of the Basque Data Protection Agency, you are informed that the personal data that you provide will be included in a file, the holder and responsible entity for which is Güeñes Town Hall, located in Enkarterri, 5, 48840, Gueñes (Bizkaia).
The file is used for performing the tasks involved in managing, promoting and disseminating the Güeñes International Paper Dress Competition.
If you wish, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, oppose and/or cancel your data as set forth under current legislation, by addressing your request to the General Secretariat Service, Güeñes Town Hall, Enkarterri, 5, 48840 Gueñes (Bizkaia).
The right to decline admission is reserved.
Prizes may not be awarded accumulatively, whereby each work selected cannot receive more than one prize or award.
Submission of an entry for the Güeñes International Paper Dress Competition implies acceptance of the competition rules and conditions.
